      - some of the nicest people for a city firm - excellent application of diversity goals for a city firm (not just lip service)

      Cons

      - salary is not on par with firms we regularly act alongside/against - outdated IT systems - deadweight among the PAs (more than half just do nothing)

      Excellent culture of friendship, collaboration, and interesting projects to work on

      Significant workload, often stretched thin due to understaffing. Slow to hire additional team members.
