-Marketing department has some very toxic leaders and longtime employees, many of whom spend most of their days gossiping, talking on the phone yelling at their kids, micromanaging, skipping 1-on-1 meetings, taking 2 hour lunches, and taking part in other very disappointing behaviors. -The Digital Marketing leaders are also very under-qualified, and many of them do not understand the industry well. Additionally, they do not train new employees well, do not communicate well, and do not listen to lower level employees who have good insights and ideas. -Very low salaries; not at all competitive with other companies. They will also lie about receiving potential bonuses, and then when the time comes, they will make up excuses as to why they cannot offer any at the last minute. -Outdated and unfair hybrid work stances and opportunities. They micromanage and want to see you at your desk all day, every day.
