      Absolutely no upward mobility. Takes about 5 years to get a promotion. Archaic sales methodologies. Capped commissions. Dead end job. Poor management.

      Benefits were nice, pay was decent with full time work. Got to learn a lot.

      Very hot environment and a lot of orders to complete with no overtime.
