      Good industry to get in

      If you want to be locked in for 3 whole years and not have the freedom to leave then sign the contract. It should be illegal for them to make you sign a contract for 3 years. The contract does everything to protect them and does nothing to protect you. Trust me, you will feel like you have no freedom with this contract.

      Every day looks different and is never boring. Lots a support to get certifications

      Cons

      Schedule is unknown until night before. On call once a month, but still not bad compared to other companies (can be done remote typically).

      Pros

      A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
