Pros
Good pay, sales opportunities available to those interested, ability to move up faster than other CRM companies
Cons
Biotronik is more concerned about hiring sales people than clinical people, which is frustrating for those in the field who need more tech savvy support on your teams. Also teams are often small—-which means wayyyyy to much call. I covered an entire state with me and one other person for nearly a year before leaving. 3,500 plus miles a month on my car and working half my time off just wasn’t worth it.
