Very customer centric as well as talent centric, the company is offering highly customizable solutions to B2B companies and innovative HR tech solutions. The company is growing a lot, and hiring people worldwide. Avature offers a lot of flexibility to all its employees, as well as flexible working hours and the possibility to be working from home or from any Avature office. I think that the best part are the people at Avature, all very friendly and always willing to help one another.

Cons

High expectations from managers. People that succeed at Avature are those who are looking for challenges, working with a lot of autonomy, in a very collaborative environment, with a proactive and can do attitude.
