      Pros

      I started off as a graduate and after only three years in Sweden I was transferred to another country. Great way to grow as a professional and a person and experience different corporate cultures

      Cons

      It is a large, stiff organization and sometimes ideas to implementation takes way too long. The HR departments are not the best and improvement in this field could benefit the company greatly

      Good company, good culture overall

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
