      Free breakfast and snack Good for those willing to work (or show off) in office for more than 11 hours everyday and be slave to the managers

      Not good for females Very bad work-life balance

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
