Pros
Fast paced, great opportunities to learn, casual dress code, flexible in-office vs at home working hours
Cons
No work-life balance, most manager jobs go to Israeli's or Indians, workforce is 40+, culture is very aggressive/threatening, company is not employee centric, very few locals are hired, constantly cutting training and travel opportunities, HR is VERY political and not employee focused, and people are not titled for the roles that they do
