      Great work from home company. There are definitely opportunities to move upward, you just have to keep your eye open and advocate for yourself.

      Cons

      Salaries/wages for certain positions are not negotiable and depends on the project you are hired for and there aren't any opportunities for raises for some positions.

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Cons

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
