      Pros

      The company is changing rapidly with a new voice, vision and values. With that comes a bumpy road, but it is visible to see the leadership actively trying to make this happen. Friendly environment, good benefits, and opportunity to move up or within the company if you talk to your manager and network.

      Cons

      Can get stuck in the "Hewitt" mentality. Needs to be more competitive with its salary offerings and raises.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
