      I really can't think of any.

      Cons

      Disorganized Extreme Office politics, unqualified individuals placed in vital positions with no expectations, others over worked with unrealistic expectations. Lots of finger pointing, individuals are quick to toss things over the fence for someone else to complete. Very, Very poor HR department. Poor project management, low skill level PMs. A very difficult place to work.

      Genuinely enjoyed my coworker. Plenty of room to advance due to high turn around

      The whole management staff acts as if they are better than the workers. They are a new management team and very hostile. Fire happy and write up happy. This is due to retaliation because the workers tried to organize a union. The tattletale guys get taken care of and the hard workers get told to get back to work. The motto is if you get 1 out 10 good cartridges, the company is making money. Very horrible mindset. Why not get 10 good
