Pros

Some benefits and wfh 1 day a week.

Cons

Where do I begin? They will switch your position that you were initially hired for to a new team without your consent. You will have to be trained in an entirely new subject, and if you don’t grasp it fast enough, you will be put on a PIP and then terminated. If you ask too many questions you will be reprimanded and constantly be told to look at One Note for the answer. It is frowned upon to ask questions. If you don’t attend out-of-work team activities, you will be frowned upon. If you are not “friendly” enough via Teams you will be frowned upon too. You will be constantly micromanaged. Also, I have seen employees that worked there for over 10 years be fired for no reason. A job in HR at Air Canada is 100% not stable and can be let go for absolutely no reason.
