- not much room for movement, especially if there is any wobble in economy (the nature of airlines) - constant reorg, poorly communicated and executed vision from the top - the base pay is much lower than the market - not on the cutting edge of technology - many lifers who are content to coast and do the same thing day in day out has bred a culture of complacence - they do not value loyalty here, neither do they reward performance - no perks for coming to the open-floor office which sounds more like a call center (there is a coffee maker), but enforcing 4 days RTO
