      Pros

      The only thing that keeps me in the company is their HMO benefit which is better that what is offered by other company. I have been with Aegis when it was still PeopleSupport so the medical benefit is way better than those newly hired.

      Cons

      There is no reward for performance unlike before. The bosses do no take care of their employees.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
