company culture, many company events, full benefits, safe to work, engaged management
Cons
learn very fast, training depends on your shift - graveyard = good luck learn on your own, morning - excellent trainers and lots of support, very high expectation for production, don't EVER be late (even 1 second late, never), lots of people laid off with slight downturn in sample - unstable and stressful work environment
