Pros
I've never worked for a more engaged, empathetic, high performative team of individuals in my life. The mid-level leadership in IT is incredible and cares deeply about their employees. The organization is also tremendous in that it gives you the ability to work with a global team where you learn new skills, cultures, and collaboration skills.
Cons
Agriculture is currently in a severe economic downturn, which is resulting in some inevitable downsizing of the organization. Unfortunately this has not been handled well from senior leadership (both in IT and in the company in general) which has resulted in a lot of surprise layoffs, handoffs rife with friction, and bridges burned. When things are good, this is a great company to work for. When things aren't good, it's an incredibly stressful place to be.
