Pros
-High demand environment: for the right person you have the opportunity to do a lot of different things that impact -Growth mode: seems like there are good opportunities for growth due to their own growth -Some of the people there are really nice and do their best
Cons
-Work/life balance: I'd be prepared to work at least 8-530 without taking much of a lunch break and if you leave before 5 or take a lunch prepare to feel awkward/judged for that. -They need more than they are advertising for: the job description is no joke. I would probably recommend being over-qualified for the position and be proficient at everything in the job description. -Not a growth position: if you're younger and looking to grow, I might advise you to look into other options. Lots of smart people there but I was sold on it being a learning position and immediately I felt like I was under the gun. -Super intense: it's the most intense place I have ever worked and I've worked in a fortune 100 company. It could be good for the right person but mostly I just felt incredible stressed and wasn't very happy/felt like crying when things were asked but directions not clear, then you'd ask for direction and it still wouldn't be clear. Basically, my main advice would be to not go into this job thinking it's going to be easy, and to make sure you know your stuff before going in. I didn't wasn't very happy with my time there, and I am not blameless in how that turned out, but I found it to be pretty stressful, intense and somewhat unfair. I think the right person could do well, but I would really caution you to make sure you are confident you are the right person......if you suspect something is off in the interview process you might be right and you might not be the right person for the position.
