AIP program is a joke. They hold a part of your salary and then in March they tell you that the division only hit 80% of it’s goal and then only give you 80% of what they held. Just call it a bonus guys and don’t try to tell me my salary includes that. Also the production staff is so far removed from sales that it makes it really difficult for us to feel like we have any sort of control over the performance of the division.
Politics and red tape is a little out of hand.
Security seems to exist to slow down development and cause them grief.
