From the recruiting process up until daily work Emma has shown a great and respectful company culture. Every employee is valued independent from position or level of experience. From the beginning on I felt like Emma is a place where I have plenty of possibilities to grow and share my knowledge and experiences.

100% freedom in your tasks, strong focus on entrepreneurship, established teamwork mechanisms help brainstorming on tasks and leverage the existing talent within the organization

Cons

operating always on bandwidth constraints, for each position C-level is looking for really talented entrepreneurial people as opposed to hiring lower profile employees for more executional tasks.
