Great benefits and always overtime. Plenty of work to do, plus there is alot of different jobs you can get training on.

Cons

Behind on organizing work loads to the Mechanics. Pay could be better to fit what the employee deserves.

- Good reputation on brazilian market - Product is really great, interesting and worth knowing - You may have change to work on relevant projects of brazilian market, only avaiable through Embraer

Cons

- Management seems uncapable of taking right decisions, even when well informed - Toxic working environment, lots os politics - Low compensation, seems only executives makes money there
