      Good place to learn how not to manage a department.

      Cons

      Managing Director Totally Lost can not target EETC in a strategic way, in fact has no defined strategy. Bad work environment many employees dissatisfied with the lack of work packages.

      Pros

      I have been at Embraer close to a yr now and speaking from my experience and having lived in the Melbourne area for 25 yrs it is one of the best places to work, Management cares about the employees and encourages employee growth within the company.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any, Embraer is experiencing growing pains so it is a learning process for everyone so it's about working together to make things better overall.
