Location, Great Facility, Great pay and great benefits over all friendly people.

Cons

Not enough proper training or time to learn the numerous ways to do one thing. Very Frustrating on a daily basis... Also feels very sexist towards women.

Great group of engineers. The company offers 9/80. Nice facility.

Cons

The company depends too much on Brazil 's input and sometimes nest this creates conflict and change in direction. The pace of the work is very slow, so prepare to be sitting idle for some time.

Cons

There is no second guessing any decisions from Brazil. Everybody just agrees, and then poor decisions are allowed to continue.
