      Good pay, good benefits, always a fun job

      Cons

      The leadership doesn't like to teach, they don't like to help, it takes a long time before they make you feel like you're part of the team. If they ask what's wrong, don't tell them. They will treat you different. Very uncomfortable work place when it comes to management.

      - Good core values, great people, excellent working environment. - Challenging engineering projects - Technical integrity above everything ( "if you lie, people may die") - Lots of opportunities to learn and increase your engineering knowledge

      - Lack of transparency in respect to career and salary progression - Lack of transparency in employee performance evaluation - Salary policy - Slow career progress - Lack of meritocracy for salary progression - Engineering turnover - Soft skills seems are more valued than technical acumen (hard skills) in respect to career advancement
