Pros

It's a diverse organisation with a lot of opportunity to grow and a network to support this. I have developed my HR career through Elior and have been very supported throughout. It's a professional yet friendly culture here and people are very committed and passionate to achieve. Right up to the CEO, I find the teams are all approachable. The Company is growing and there is a lot of of focus on our people.

Cons

There is a lot of change due to growth and development of the Company. Change for the better though.
