Heard a lot of complaints from full-time hires that were below manager-level. It appears that they shower interns with gifts and attention, and once you sign fulltime you are at the bottom of the barrel and forgotten
Many fulltime hires expressed to me their disappointment with EY and their management (however this could be more of a office-specific issues rather than EY as a whole). Many of them expressed to me their intention to leave the firm for another Big 4 firm
