      Great opportunity to gain responsibility, great people, questionable management

      Pros

      Assumed a lot of responsibility for work Treated as a fulltime hire as opposed to an intern in terms of work They really spoil the interns since they are stiull trying to "win" them over One of the best globally connected firms out there, there are many opportunities to explore abroad rotations I enjoyed my intern class, as they were a group of bright and easy-going invidivuals

      Cons

      Heard a lot of complaints from full-time hires that were below manager-level. It appears that they shower interns with gifts and attention, and once you sign fulltime you are at the bottom of the barrel and forgotten Many fulltime hires expressed to me their disappointment with EY and their management (however this could be more of a office-specific issues rather than EY as a whole). Many of them expressed to me their intention to leave the firm for another Big 4 firm
