      Very BAD culture, micro management caused anxiety, panic attacks

      The tech stack they use is good. Some people are good.

      Cons

      Very bad culture, Scrum master doesn't know how to manage scrum, lead does micro management pushing all the time and talking in a threatening manner. Teams are compared based on number of story points achieved and no concern for learning, growing or health of Employees
