      Flexibility of work schedules are excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice to work with. The work varies daily and is challenging and makes you strive to do your best.

      The company is somewhat behind in terms of technology, however, the overall innovation of the business combats that.

      Good non-pay benefits, flexibility with family commitments.

      Cons

      Too much upper management. Hard to see vision and mission in action. Lack of communication in, between and among divisions. Work can be very tedious.
