Pros

ESPN Honolulu is at the center of Hawaii's sports including University of Hawaii athletics, Hawaii high school athletics, as well as radio broadcasts for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA football, NCAA basketball, PGA major tournaments to name a few. This position helps to produce live locally produced sports talk radio shows as well as supporting live broadcasts of local and national sports events.

Cons

small staff means employees wear many hats, but the upside is there's more opportunities to learn about all aspects of sports radio broadcasting.
