Pros

The connections and people you meet while working here are unmatched. You're working for a Fortune 500 company in Disney and there's some great benefits that are included. If you also don't fancy your job HR will work with you to try to get you into a role in the company that works.

Cons

If you're not working Event it will be tough to save money living in the greed-flation world we live in today. Working studio I would eat rice and beans 3-4x a week to cut costs. This is a theme in production everywhere though not just ESPN. Some people also can get stuck as a CA longer than they should as it can be very political to move up to AP. ESPN also doesn't tend to fire people so you have colleagues who don't do their fair share of work which you'll have to do. They'll get the credit and you won't as they advance through the company.
