Pros

Good product but hard sell for a direct IO product.

Cons

Lacked support from above. Everyone pretty eager to progress and forget about the people on the day to day work.

Pros

If you love sports it's great. Many athletes/ guests who visit are tremendous to talk and visit with. Often get to work with great technology and very good people

Cons

Upward mobility in operations is very poor almost nonexistent. Exceptional reviews, spot bonuses, taking on jobs outside your scope and responsibility do not lead to any promotions. Often work with minimum staff or constantly understaffed Management ruin your review for often trivial things a single tardiness or minor on air mistake.
