Slow moving promotions lots of levels sexist

The hours are horrible. If you're lucky, you work the night shift with everyone else. If not, you're working at 3AM and then you're spending the day alone because no one else has the same hours as you and you have to make sure you're asleep early enough to be awake at 3 AM. If your manager doesn't have viz on what you're working on, forget about a promotion. If a producer tells them that you made a mistake, even if it was theirs, prepare to suffer. It'll show up on your review for months. Tech problems? Your fault. Small mistakes? Those will follow you for months. Everyone's been working there forever and they've all got this fraternity mentality that they had to deal with it, so so do you. No one asks you how you're doing. If you go missing, they don't even notice. If you try to network in the company, they'll tell you you're distracted and they'll try to find ways to block you. And if they see that you don't drink the company kool-aid? You'll never survive it. This place benefits from kids being too young to know that there's better out there. Once you leave, you're reminded that you can work at a place where people actually care about you.
