Cons

• Employees were forced for the office picnic at very un-hygiene spot and almost all who went for the picnic fall sick very badly for almost a week, no acknowledgement, no action on the to the situation and contradictory to it those who have not joined and cancel on last minitues were discussion took place • For goodies, at each occasion, employees who have resigned are informally informed that they won't receive, and subsequently, they are called into a CHRO cabin where they are subtly chastened before being given the goodies. • Unreported instances of genuine harassment on the floor are hold firmly to not to report and dismissed without investigation, while fabricated harassment cases informally are maliciously initiated against employees using established mechanisms to harass clean-handed, innocent employees . • Gossip employee’s personal lives and spread humours. • Each day, HR monitor who is having meals strictly within the office hours, publicly embarrassing employees. If there are concerns about meal timings, a more appropriate solution would be to consider adjusting the timing rather than resorting to public humiliation. • CHRO screams violently and uncontrolled • Disingenuous and manipulated behaviour with outside India leadership team visit. • Employees feel pressured to provide positive feedback and are discouraged from sharing genuine feedback on company-provided platforms. • Individuals who approach the HR team for discussions often face insults, mockery, and uncomfortable remarks. Competent HR team members, who strive to foster a conducive work environment, find themselves compelled to resign and depart from the company. • Policies crucial to employees undergo frequent changes without proper communication or awareness, making it exceptionally challenging for employees to exercise their rights within the established policy framework. Ethical and morally compromised team. There is huge gap in the policies and approach to the matters. Throughout their employment, individuals experience professional, personal, and emotional control. Upon resignation, veiled threats are issued, suggesting the ability to tarnish the exit the entire system is compromised and fails due to the undue support given who are detrimental to its functioning. • Lack of transparency in the appraisal and rewards process, evident on the floor where it appears discriminatory. However, it is apparent that the mechanisms have been manipulated cleverly to justify their decisions. • The proximity between the CHRO and CEO can't be missed • The beauty of all of these is that the CHRO executes these actions with unwarranted support and proper documentation, rendering any investigation unable to establish her culpability. • Sycophants can only thrive in such an environment ….These are just few occurrences
