Extremely secretive company - which confuses people as to what is important information No HR at all so managers are relied on to do the job of supporting career growth etc (which does not always happen) Some weak managers (and people learning to be managers from them) No training or sponsorship Very few benefits aside from one off drinking events a few times a year

Environment can be unprofessional - managers friends with underlings. Too much cheesy "rah rah" in the sales department. Outdated technology. Low pay at all levels except for top management. Hungover coworkers. Due to high travel and generous vacation allowance, people are always out of the office, making the workload heavier for those present.
