      Potential to be great but entrenched management is retarding company growth and employee job satisfaction.

      Diverse and talented people from interesting backgrounds, great office location, massive scale of operations, opportunities to vary work duties and areas.

      Cons

      Open plan office gets noisy at times, pay is average to poor, bonus system is not transparent, high workload and severely understaffed and poorly resourced. High turnover due to poorly experienced and entrenched middle management.

      Terrible directorship, secretive political environment, non-existant budget for training and external providers, slow development cycles and constant in-fighting for resource allocation, No HR support, factory approach to responsibilities.
