      There are many opportunities and several tasks to be done and applied.

      A lack of visibility and follow-up from management. I'm not referring to micromanagement or a lack of ability to promote oneself, but rather to the fact that the boss doesn't know what you're doing, with feedback being virtually nonexistent and performance reviews being unclear
