If you like empty promises and big but untrue nice-sounding ideas that will never go to realisation stage, you will find them in Diageo

Cons

Inconsistency, exploitation, mistreatment. HQ Being reorganised nearly every year with no consistency. People hired with very little skills. Trainers (teen girls) not able to answer questions of trainees or being corrected by them. Generally everything in Diageo HQ doesn't paint any good pictures of the company. Huge money being spent thoughtlessly while "saving" being imposed on the areas requiring investments far lesser than the money waisted.... list goes on....

Fabulous benefits, brilliant location, good opportunities for flexible working and not to mention the fantastic products.

Cons

I appreciate that the company has to grow and remain competitive but having constant reorgs can impact on morale and the availability of first-class talent.

good pay, steady pay cheque for hourly lots of overtime and air conditioned closed areas

Cons

lots of gossips, "throwing under the bus" is the most spoken phrase there second is "I do not care"
