Great benefits, alcohol quarterly allowance to spend on brands

Cons

Low pay, extremely unreasonable hours, extremely stressful environment, those who get promoted are only promoted because their boss is friends with the top VPs vs promoted upon talent, finger pointing is ridiculous here no one is collaborative they just try to throw you under the bus. Toxic workplace I would never recommend this place to anyone

Low salary, unpaid overtime, incompetent management. HR chooses mentally unstable people, because they won't have the confidence to leave the firm.
