Paternity leave is great. Pension is 20%. You get free shares of up to 3k a year.

Cons

The worst management I have ever been managed by. I was at the company for 3 years. However female new comers or graduates would be promoted within 6 months. They will lie to your face and tell you they want to help but want to keep you to ensure they hit their d and I quota. If you are not promoted within 12 months at max 18 months. It will never ever happen. Be warned stay away from this badly run business.

Great company to work for. Lots of perks. Loved it for the time I worked here. Made some great friends and also gained valuable on the job skills.

Cons

While I previously enjoyed a positive work experience at this company for many years, the appointment of senior leadership at in Huntingwood (Sydney) from overseas resulted in a significant cultural shift. The previously friendly and trusting environment unfortunately gave way to a culture of intimidation, fear, lack of transparency and lack of trust among colleagues. There are multiple instances of staff being spoken down to and even insulted during meetings with multiple witnesses. No respect and no empathy,
