      Pros

      The career prospects are huge, there are multiple departments you can move around and be promoted in. I have been here 16 years and am very happy.

      Cons

      There arn't really any, the hours may seem long but the day is so varied it goes really quickly!

      Pros

      - Progression is pushed by higher management. They always want you to reach your potential. - Great environment to work in. Each office is run by the Director/Manager in their own way. - Uncapped commission so earning potential is huge - Really flexibile to work for. Since the office is run by the director/manager, any unforeseen events that occur can be flagged to higher management to see if you can take time away from the office to deal with it. - You will never once be bored. I have worked here a long time, and theres always something to do. - Great people to work alongside

      Cons

      - Long days/ work hours - Working every other weekend, however it is neccesary - Clawbacks, however it is neccesary in a sales environment - Commission draw
