- Never a dull moment - Great team energy and ethic - Amazing in house training (I have learnt ALOT both personally and professionally) - Efficient communication from Directors whenever needed - Great progression

Cons

Long hours but defiantly worth it when you see your paycheck!

Pros

First job I am motivated to go to. The team is supportive, respectful, and always willing to help. Training is excellent, and there are constant opportunities to learn and grow. The equipment we use is high-quality, and the environment is clean and well-maintained. Managers genuinely care about employees' success, providing motivation and support. With ongoing training and responsive internal teams, it’s a great place for career development and plenty of opportunities.

Cons

Certain departments do not have parking provided, lunch breaks are unpaid, and the pension scheme contribution is low.
