Pros
Good management, fairly good salary, well-organized company, and easygoing employees, from same level employees to higher grounds. The company works hard to include everyone when it comes to decision and change-making. Extra vacation days, understanding of personal life and needs, good working schedule, no additional tasks added outside the job scope.
Cons
Company itself is one of the finest corporate companies I've worked, I was previously working in the technical support for the biggest search engine in the world, and Dexcom surpassed every expectation. Job itself it's pretty static and with time it can get boring, promotions have to be earned. If you not the most customer oriented it can be pretty boring.
