Pros

Great people working on exciting projects. But what I appreciate the most is the Corporate Social responsibility...and especially that the bank does not shout it out loud to gain brownie points. It just does it quietly. I never knew how much Deutsche Bank does for the communities. Paid volunteer days, donation matching, community projects, cultural and social sponsorships, and, and, and...just amazing.

Cons

So far I see no Deutsche Bank specific cons. Well, it is a financial institution in a troubled financial market. But the effects for my job are rather on the pros as it makes the daily job extremely challenging and exciting.

DB is always looking to improve, recruit new thinkers and experience. Furthermore its always achieving targets regardless of the dversity and challenges

Cons

If you think you are going to be a Manager within a year forget it! Whilst DB is great to work at you can expect a lot of work. Remember nothing is for free...
