We have people in the entire world and I never waited for more than a few hours for a reply. Usually, I get the reply immediately. - Software Engineering Managers with good technical background. - WorkSmart helps set the limit between work and personal life. - Very good documentation for tasks and projects. - In some cities the local community has a hub and other facilities. Members make working for Crossover feel less virtual.
