      - Decent pay for undeveloped countries

      Cons

      - Long recruitment process sometimes it can even last more than your time being employed. - No job security, you can be fired anytime if management messes it up - Worksmart: they log your keystrokes and take a picture every 10 minutes and the new way to determine if you are idle is ridiculous.

      Unreasonable goals requiring 60+ hours a week, but they pay at most 40. You’re expected to be available at all hours due to different timezones.

If you need assistance, I suggest reaching out to your manager or Human Resources to see how this can be resolved. We never ask team members to work unpaid hours as this is against company policy.
