Pros

Fully remote, flexible schedule (depends on the team and role), well paid

Cons

Technology stack depends on a project. Sometimes it is up-to-date, sometimes it's way too obsolete or different from what your job title states. No team building or any other motivating activities.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We have a firm policy that requires a 2-week notice period for any termination, at a minimum. In many cases, managers provide much more extended notice period than 2 weeks to accommodate a seamless team transition from one opportunity to another. You can reach out to our HR team and tell us a bit more about what you experienced so we can address it? MessageHR@Crossover.com
