Thanks for the review. We require our clients to set the pay for the position before advertising it, then pay it to the best candidate regardless of where they live. This does certainly open doors for people in situations like yours where the pay is considerably higher than they'd be able to earn locally. We do have very high quality standards and not everyone is able to reach them, but we provide coaching with the goal of helping as many workers as possible sustain long term career development with Crossover.
