Pros

Lots of PTO if you can use it

Cons

-Everyone does everything they can to work against you and make every process as painfully complicated as possible. -No room to move up in the company. -Endless amounts of repetitive paperwork that no one will ever look at -The return policy for customers allows for massive amounts of fraud. -Company complains about spending and instead of revamping systems where money is wasted, they attack the stores to gouge out what little savings they can (i.e. labor cuts, cutting back on needed supplies) -No training program for new employees (Throw them to the wolves mentality), along with no hours for them to work. This leads to an incredible turnover rate. -The bonus program for associates and managers is unobtainable

Pros

Boulder is a wonder town to raise kids and Crocs could…could…be a great company.

Cons

Senior management is boys club––time to hit the golf course full time. Excited about new Blackstone-led management.
