      Loved the product and my staff but upper management was terrible

      The fun product and even funky customers. Great Benefits!

      Cons

      Upper management was never supportive and never there! There was no way for internal advancment and anything uppermanagement did that had a negitive impact was ALWAYS blamed on the bad decidions on the stores. The best employees were treated like dirt and the worst employees are idolized.

      Riendly people who take an interest in waht you are doing. Management is flexible about family and work-life balance.

      Sometimes lack of planning. Last second fire drills.

      Customers and seeing locals, bright colors and always busy ( something to do never bored)

      Cons

      When started no manager, no assistant, employees all over place.Chaotic, disorganized, they are trying to pull it together. But.. lack of products never enough sizes or products to make sales. No support from DM. Marketing always a mess you get everyones but for your store.
